I'm delighted to present to you - my first children's book! Maya's Mountain（まやの山）is a collection of eight new piano pieces for children and eight accompanying illustrations in full colour, composed and illustrated by me.
My warmest thanks to Soumik and Souvid Datta at Hope Notes for so generously helping me to realise this dream project. When I received their grant, I was asked to create something on the theme of hope. During these uncertain and anxious times, my hope is that children will be encouraged to nurture their sparkling talents as artists and that they will be able to turn to their own art as a comfort.

Ever since the original print run of “Maya’s Mountain” 「まやの山」 sold out, I've been getting questions about when the next print run will be. While I don't currently have the resources for a second print run, I thought it would be nice to have the PDF version for sale for those who would like it!
